There are minerals in your food that are appropriate for you
to have in your diet and by supplement. Each of these minerals
will assist different tissues and functions in your body.
Minerals are organic molecules that provide nutrients to different
areas of the body. Each of them moves to a specific region in
order to provide an energy source so that you can function better.
By having a lack of these minerals, it can eventually lead
to certain parts of your body becoming dysfunctional or completely
shutting down.

It is important to realize that minerals can not be produced
by your body. Most of them are available in food however; some
